These are our normal shipping rates within the continental U.S. for "regular packages" via UPS.
Sadly, we're no longer able to give straight-line shipping rates because of zone charge fluctuations and rising fuel
prices. The best way to find out how much shipping/handlling will be is still to email your request to purchase with
your street address (no P.O. boxes!) and we will advise you of the shipping rates for the service (ground, air, next-day,
overseas, etc.) you request. We don't charge extra for shipping -- what they tell us it will cost when we request the
rate is what we charge!

FUEL SURCHARGE INFO
We, unfortunately, cannot do anything regarding the fuel surcharges that UPS and other carriers now pass on to their
customers by increasing their rates to certain areas. We have, however, tried to keep our shipping costs nominal and
as close to exact as what they would normally charge. Until the high rate of fuel goes down, though, we'll all have
to pay for it. Don't feel bad -- we don't like it either...
Alternative Shipping Rates
We understand that if you purchase an item that weighs less than one pound you don't want to pay high shipping charges.
We have a sliding scale for that based on the selling price of the item. However, if you choose any other shipping methods
than UPS (or Air Mail for overseas transactions), we'll put it in an envelope and wish you the best of luck getting it UNLESS
you purchase services that will insure, track, hand-deliver your items to your doorstep. You have been warned!
We also understand that the fees listed above won't cover items that are awkward to ship or extremely heavy. Shipping
fees for those items will be calculated on a case-by-case basis and there is no express service (2-day or 1-day) for these
items..
